ABOUT THE EVENT
TAC Award is back for its 3rd edition, around the theme: ”Imagine the world in 2050”.
Inspired by Italo Calvino’s novel ‘’Invisible Cities’’ and in line with 2023 being declared the year of sustainability in the UAE, participants are invited
to explore visually the world in 2050 as a utopia where humanity has been able to overcome climate change, reaching its goals.
Following an open call launched in June 2023 and a deadline on 25th September, all the proposals will be reviewed by a jury of art experts.
The 15 selected shortlisted artworks will be exhibited at 421, and the winning proposal will be unveiled the day of the exhibition opening. The winner will be awarded AED 15,000.
