Sunita Shankar is both an artist sculptor and an art collector. Born and raised in Kolkatta, India, one of India’s cultural havens. she has lived in India. Hong Kong, Los Angeles, Singapore and Dubai and has also traveled extensively. This journey has influenced Sunita’s appreciation for art of various regions as also her tastes which have evolved with the passage of time. The collection includes art principally from South Asia, Middle East and Africa, and incorporates an eclectic range of styles and mediums.Sunita has exhibited her art works and most recently in the Blue zone of COP 28 in Dubai.
