Lorenzo Quinn "Now & Forever"

For his 1 st solo show in the UAE, Lorenzo Quinn will take the members of The Art Circle, on a private tour of "Now & Forever".

Lorenzo Quinn (b.1966 in Rome, Italy) is a leading figurative sculptor whose work is inspired by such masters as Michelangelo, Bernini and Rodin.

Exhibited internationally, his monumental public art and smaller, more intimate pieces transmit his passion for eternal values and authentic emotions.

He is best known for expressive recreations of human hands. "I wanted to sculpt what is considered the hardest and most technically challenging part of the human body" he asserts. The hand holds so much power - the power to love, to hate, to create, to destroy Quinn's sculptures have been placed prominently in cities around the globe, including major corporate and philanthropic commissions for leading organizations.

4:30pm, we will proceed with Lorenzo Quinn to DIFC to visit the installation displayed there. Whoever wishes to stay for the inauguration cocktail afterwards is welcome to do so.
