Guided tour featuring the Treasures of the library and more..

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Library (MBR) opened to the public on June 16, 2022

The design of the library is inspired by the shape of a lectern. The main features of this library will be a conference centre, exhibition spaces, a children's library, a bookshop on the ground floor, reading halls, service areas, a business library, and training halls.

The Treasures of the Library permanent exhibition on the Seventh Floor, displays a fascinating collection of rare and old books, atlases, and manuscripts dating back to the 13th century. The collection includes unique copies of the Holy Quran, early print editions of literary classics and Latin translations of scholarly works from the Islamic Golden Age.
